The Youth Employment Service is focussed on targeting disadvantaged young unemployed people 15-24yrs who need pre-employment assistance to enhance their life & employability skills. We work to ensure that those in the younger age category of 15-18 years are encouraged back to education or signposted to the appropriate service. For minors who are determined to pursue employment, the engagement will be done with parental/ guardian consent in line with the company policy. Particular focus continues to be on those not engaged in education, employment or training – NEET’s cohort.
