We work with young people in the Mid West region between the ages of 12 and 27 who have been referred by The Probation Service and other agencies. We work with the young person on a one to one basis to address their needs and help them to make informed choices concerning their behaviour and future needs. We do this mainly through activity based pursuits, but we work with the young person to identify their interests and develop new hobbies. We offer intensive 1:1 support and work closely with other agencies such as addiction, housing and mental health services. We also work with young people in custody and help them plan for their release. We also offer counselling to any young person or their family members who are referred to us.

Target Group

Young people between 12 and 27 who have been before the courts or are at risk of engaging in criminal activity

Referral

We accept referrals from anyone who is concerned that a young person may be getting into trouble or is engaged in criminal activity. We accept referrals primarily from The Probation Service and other Justice agencies, e.g. an Garda Siochana, but also from any professional working with a young person. We also accept self referrals and we will speak to anyone who thinks they may benefit from our service.
