Rainbows provides group support for children and young people of a similar age who have experienced a bereavement or family change following parental separation or divorce. Children and young people attend a nine week bereavement programme or a nine week separation programme. Rainbows provides a safe space to meet others in a similar situation and be supported to begin to cope and adapt to what has happened.
