We are a home visiting programme that provides fun ways to get your child ready for school. Our programme is designed for toddlers starting at 1 ½ to 2 ½. We visit twice a week when the schools are in and every second visit we bring a new book or toy for you and your child to keep. The visits last up to 30 minutes. We talk about things like colours, shapes, sizes and we encourage a love of books. Anything that you want to concentrate on to get your child ready for school. There is no cost to this programme and the only obligation is to fully engage in doing the two visits a week and participate in the fun learning and playing activities.

18 months to 36 months Living in or recently in Direct Provision, Homelessness, Lower Socio Ecconomic situation/Disadvantaged
Referral
Preferrably referral (usually Public Health Nurse or Speech & Language Therapist). Self-referrals considered on merit but not prioritised.
