Out of hours service for persons aged fourteen years and over who have recently been sexually assaulted or raped. Mid West Forensic Examination Services provides a forensic examination service, with follow up clinics referred back to GPs.

Referral
Direct contact service; referral through GP; referral through An Garda Síochána. Monday – Friday, 6.00 p.m. – 8.00 a.m., 24 hours on Saturdays, Sundays & Bank holidays
