SPMHS provides care to mothers during pregnancy and up to one year after the birth of their baby. Women can be referred in the antenatal period or up to six months after the birth of their baby by their GP or by midwifery/Obstetric staff within UMHL. This is not a counselling service.
Target Group
Women who are pregnant or within one year after the birth of their baby. Women who attend community mental health services continue their care with the community team.
