CARI is a registered charitable organization established in 1989 to provide a professional, child-centred therapy and support service to children, families, and groups who have been affected by child sexual abuse or to children under 12 who are displaying sexually harmful behaviours. CARI currently operates full-time centres in Dublin and Limerick and a Southeast Outreach Centre in Wexford. These centres offer safe and professional environments for children and families.

Target Group

We work with children aged between 3 and 18 years for therapy We work with children aged 12 and under who are exhibiting sexually harmful behaviour

Referral

The CARI Helpline is the first point of contact and support for any person or professional who has concerns about or is affected by child sexual abuse or sexualised behaviour. You can call our Helpline on 0818 924567 Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 5.00pm. CARI accepts referrals from GP’s, TUSLA Social Workers and other professionals who work with children e.g. Psychologists and Project Workers
