ABC Start Right Limerick is a Tusla-funded early intervention and prevention initiative focussing on the ante-natal to six years age group. The programme aims to enhance child development and well-being, to provide capacity-building supports to parents, and to tackle disadvantage using evidence-informed approaches and interventions. We work in partnership with parents, as well as statutory and community partners to improve child outcomes. ABC Start Right is operational in Limerick City Centre, Southside, Northside, the Knockalisheen Direct Provision Centre, emergency accomodation and family hubs across Limerick city.

Referrals into the Homelessness project are received through the Limerick Homeless Action Team, Limerick City and County Council. Early Years practitioners working in EY services in the ABC model area can also make a referral.
