The ADHD Parenting Programme is a four-week, in-person parenting programme designed to support families in Kilmallock with practical, evidence-based tools for understanding and supporting children with ADHD.
The programme is delivered using a practical, interactive, trauma-aware and neurodiversity-affirming approach. Workshops are strength-based and solution-focused, with a strong emphasis on empowerment.
